Likewise, a Piece of PEN LAND, adjoining Abbey Court, containing 90 Acres, of which there is a great proportion in Guinea-Grass, and well fenced'.

The will of Robert Stokes instructed his executor Robert Graham to sell all Stokes' real estate in Jamaica. The profits were to be divided 1/2 to his wife Martha (invested in stocks to provide an annuity) and 1/4 to each of his sons Robert jr and John Milbourne Stokes at age 21. Note it was the lease on Abbey Court which was sold not the title deeds.
