Counterclaim from Robert Bogle & Co., merchants, by their attorney Henry Halket, for a mortgage of £11664 12s 6d., dated 27/03/1820, subject to deduction as to bales of cotton. Counterclaim also from Mary Fraser, 'widow of James Fraser, annuity under Deed by way of compromise for jointure - £250 per annum', by Messrs. Martineau [?] and Trollope.
