T71/877: claim by Vice-Admiral J.R. Delap Tollemache, of London, as owner-in-fee. Counterclaim from Wm. Lee and G.W. Ledeatt, as executors of James Hill, of Antigua, 'for a sum found due by Masters Report in Chancery' of £10453 15s 9d.

Additional p 24 T71/877: for claims # 39, 40, 58, 82, 83 123: 13/7/1839:  In these numbers a deed was produced dated 11/9/1838 and made between John Tellemache, sole executor of John Richard Delap Tollemache decd. and George Wickham Washington Ledeatt and Wm Lee, executors of Daniel Hill the elder of Antigua in which said G.W.W. Ledeatt and Wm Lee consent to the withdrawal of all their counterclaims filed against these numbers.' Awarded for sale of stock.
