T71/894: claim by Francis Peschier, administrator of Marc Rene Count de Montalembert. Counterclaim from Charles Forbes, Count de Montalembert, of Paris, and James Arthur Marcus de Montalembert, of Chapel Street, Grosvenor Sq., owners of the estate as the children of Marc Rene Count de Montalembert.  Counterclaim also from the Rt. Hon. Wm. Hen. Cavendish Bentinck, commonly called Lord Bentinck, and Fulke Greville Howard, a colonel in the army and John Dalton of Peckham, as incumbrancers under the marriage settlement of the late  Marc Rene Count de Montalembert with Eliz. Rose Forbes, dated 23/5/1809, for £10,000.
