Awarded to the claimant Rose Emery Leotand. W. (?) Eccles had power of attorney from Rose Emery Leotand and John Losh (John Losh was Rose Emery Leotand's attorney and assignee).

Enslaved persons were registered by Paul Michel Leotaud, of Port of Spain, in 1834.
