T71/892 Claim by Wm Jno Struth, owner-in-fee. Counterclaim from Edward Protheroe, of Hill House, Newnham, Gloucestershire, Esq mortgagee by demise for term of 500 years for £10,000. Counterclaim from Charles Ellis Heaton for self and cotrustee H.J. Stracy, for arrears of annuity of £300 a year for wife of Charles Struth Esq under marriage settlement, claiming £525. Counterclaims admitted by William John Struth, but it is not clear how much to each.
