Counterclaims include The Commissioners and Governors of Greenwich Hospital, as Creditors under a Decree of the Court of Chancery for the whole amount of the compensation; Sir Thomas Baring Bart, Andrew Loughnan and David Chas. Guthrie; Wm. Pratt, for a mortgage granted by John Willis dated 06/01/1825; Browne Willis, as heir at law of John Willis (the late proprietor).
