T71/877: claim by Wm. Alex., Rachel and Edm. Mackinnon. Counterclaim by Geo. Cotford Call and W. A. Mackinnon, as trustees under the marriage settlement of Henry McK. with Catherine Call; counterclaim from Thomas and John Daniel, of Bristol, merchants; counterclaim from Frances Keenan, of Wilton Place, as legatee of Wm. McK. and Louisa, his wife; counterclaim from Rev. Henry Barnes, of Monmouth (South Wales), at present in St. Sewan (sp?), France, as the executor of Louisa Barnes, a legatee of Wm. McK. for £2500 with interest; counterclaim from Samuel Boddington, of St. Helen's Place, as mortgagee for £4424 7s 2d.

T71/1609: heavy correspondence from W. A. Mackinnon MP, to say his right comes from the marriage settlement of his father in 1783, giving him 1/3rd rights and profits of estate. The counterclaims arise against the other 2/3rds.
