Counterclaim from Emily Bourdieu ('£5000 with a small arrears of interest') and John Henry Bourdieu ('Claims the Estate as Heir and Devisee of his father subject to the above [i.e. his sister's Emily's] claim'. James Berney Bourdieu admitted the claim of Emily Bourdieu.
