T71/880: Alex. George Milne junior, Wm. Bartlett and Crawford Davison Kerr claimed as trustees under the will of Patrick Bartlett. This was then amended to Alex. George Milne junior and Wm. Bartlett as trustees for one moiety, and Crawford Davison Kerr, Jas Wm Freshfield and Jas Wm Freshfield junior for the other moiety 'as trustees under Marriage settlement of Alexander George Milne and Mrs Dorothea Milne'.
