The award was split: £1182 10s 9d went to Thomas Turner and Daniel Brade; £502 17s 8d went to John Constable.

 

T71/881: claim by John Constable, of London, as 'cestui que trust'. Counterclaim by Thomas Turner, Wm. Brade and Daniel Brade, of Liverpool, as 'devisees and executors of Wm Brade decd., owners of the above estate and claiming compensation for £1500 currency (or £625 sterling) amount of balance of purchase money unpaid'. Counterclaim from Henry John Glanville, in trust for Thomas King and Wm. King, of New Court, Broad St., London, creditor by judgement and executions. Notice, dated 14/10/1836, from Messrs. Baxendale that this would be the subject of a suit in Chancery on the part of T. and W. King.
