His area of expertise are Corporate Commercial; Insolvency and Corporate Reconstruction; Commercial Litigation; Banking; Company Law; Financial Services; Professional Negligence; International Commercial Arbitration; Offshore Trust Litigation. He has been involved in many high profile cases and is widely published. He is the Joint Editor, ‘Butterworths Insolvency Law Handbook’ (1987; 7th ed, 2005).
