Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Andrés is currently working on comparative competition law and, in particular, the advent and evolution of competition law in Latin America. He studied Law in Universidad De Los Andes, and after graduation he did his LL.M. at Harvard Law School. He has worked in Estudios Palacios Lleras S.A.S. and in the Colombian competition authority. Also, he has taught law and economics, jurisprudence and competition law courses in various universities in Colombia.
