Profile
Anna Donovan joined the faculty in 2011 as a Teaching Fellow and Ph.D Candidate (under the supervision of Dr Marc Moore). Anna’s research is in the field of corporate law and theory, with a focus on the Bribery Act 2010 and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977.
Prior to joining the faculty, Anna was a corporate solicitor in London specialising in corporate structuring and M&A transactions. A key aspect of Anna’s work during this time was advising boards of their obligations under the Companies Act 2006 and the impact that the changes introduced by the Act would have on the board decision making process. Anna is also admitted as an Attorney and Counsellor-at-Law to the New York state bar.
