Christopher Anderson joined the Faculty in January 2012 as an MPhil/PhD candidate under the supervision of Professors Richard Rawlings and Maria Lee. Christopher’s thesis is a comparative study of administrative law and risk regulation in the European Union and the United States. Christopher’s primary research interests are E.U. and U.S. administrative law, particularly in the areas of risk regulation and administrative procedure. Other research interests include comparative administrative law, global administrative law, regulatory theory, and environmental law.
From 2002 to 2004 and 2005 to 2010, Christopher practiced in New York and Washington, DC in the fields of Environmental Law and Appellate Litigation. From 2004 to 2005, Christopher was a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
