Bentham Association Presidential Address: 16 March 2009
We had a huge turn-out for the Bentham Association Presidential Address and Dinner. Over 160 graduates joined us to celebrate the 60th Presidential Address, delivered by Lord Pannick QC on “Better that a horse should have a voice in that House [of Lords], than that a judge should” (Jeremy Bentham).
