Mark Blakely joined the Faculty of Law in September 2011 to manage the taught graduate programmes, namely the LLM degrees and ‘Semester in London’ programme. He was previously co director of a Legal Practice Course and has taught litigation on the LPC and undergraduate Equity and Trusts.
Before entering academia, Mark was a solicitor in several firms practicing in litigation and trusts work.
Research
Mark has conducted research into pedagogy, namely the effectiveness of formative assessment methods and of blended learning.
