Shiva Riahi joined the faculty in November 2012 as a Research Assistant for the Judicial Institute and Centre for Access to Justice. Shiva holds degrees in Law (LLB) from UCL, as well as obtaining cum laude honours in Philosophy and International Relations (BA) from Tufts University. She also attended law courses at the University of Amsterdam and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
Primary Research Interests
Shiva's main research interests lie in issues relating to access to justice, clinical legal education and judicial studies. Her personal interests include employment law with a focus on equality and anti-discrimination law.
