Profile
Timothy Spangler is a dual-qualified lawyer who divides his professional time between London and New York. His practice focuses on forming and structuring investment vehicles. He advises on a wide variety of funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, mezzanine funds, film funds and funds of funds.
He is also the author of a number of leading treatises, including The Law of Private Investment Funds (Oxford University Press 2008), and is the editor of Investment Management: Law and Practice (Oxford University Press 2010).
He is a Visiting Lecturer to the LLM course Regulation of Financial Markets.
