ProfileProfessor John Kallaugher, Visiting Professor, is a partner at Latham & Watkins, where his practice focuses primarily on competition law. Professor Kallaugher has a broad practice touching on all areas of competition law. He has represented clients from many industrial sectors in competition cases before the Commission, national competition authorities, Community courts, national courts and arbitral tribunals. A particular focus of has practice has been on issues arising in transport, particularly aviation. He is qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales and is a member of the New York bar. He teaches on the Master’s course Comparative EC and US Antitrust Law and is a member of the Academic Board of the Jevons Institute for Competition Law and Economics at UCL.
