Kris Bush MSc CPsychol, Ascolto Limited
Kris Bush is the principal consultant for Ascolto Limited and Associate of the Jill Dando Institute. She has extensive experience in providing practical organisational development support to the Police, Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships and to community based projects tackling crime against vulnerable people.
Kris' interests include:
Joined Up Working - Partnership working between statutory agencies, (Police, Social Services, and Voluntary Agencies, such as Victim Support, Rape Crisis Centres and Women's Aid Refuges) - particularly in the areas of violence against women, domestic violence and elder abuse. She has worked with several 'grass roots' projects assisting them to develop more effective ways of responding to the needs of vulnerable victims of crime, particularly with minority groups.
Organisational Development - Critical research and evaluation of organisational processes and systems directed at driving organisational change. Kris has carried out a number of independent critical challenges for the Home Office and police forces.
Evidence Based Change - Research and support to practitioners in obtaining high quality evidence from sound research to support organisational change in the criminal justice system. Kris worked with the Home Office as an independent project developer for the Crime Reduction Programme and wrote the multi-agency guidance for data collection and data management.
Kris is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a qualified Coaching Psychologist. She has recently been appointed as a coach on the Police Strategic Command Course.
