ISOP for Affiliates - September 2014


You are an "affiliate student" if you are coming to UCL as a student on a Study Abroad (JYA), Erasmus, Independent Affiliate or other exchange programme at undergraduate level. Only students studying on a three- or four-year programmes are referred to as "undergraduate students". 

When and how do I enrol at UCL?

All affiliate students will be invited to complete their enrolment in person on Friday 19 September. You will be required to use our online pre-enrolment service for new students to confirm that the personal and contact information we have for you is correct and to select the time of your in-person enrolment appointment. You will receive an email inviting you to pre-enrol in August after you have accepted an unconditional offer to join UCL in September 2014.

How do I register to attend ISOP Sessions & Events?

ISOP sessions for affiliate students will take place on Saturday 20 & Thursday 25 September; all sessions are free of charge but you will need to register in advance in order to attend. When registering to attend ISOP sessions you will need to choose the time of the sessions you wish to attend. You should consider other commitments such as departmental inductions when selecting sessions in order to avoid clashes. To

When can I move into UCL student accommodation?

If you have applied for UCL student accommodation and subsequently receive an offer, your accommodation will be available to you from Saturday 20 September. If you would like to move in before this day you can submit an Early Arrival Request online via UCL Student Accommodation Online Services. The earliest you can move into your accommodation is Monday 15 September.
