Chartered Mathematician and Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics,
David has a broad interest in supporting better decision-making and
implementation in the face of complexity and risk. His goal is to
foster better quality decision-making, leading to a significant
reduction in crises, miscarriages of justice, and long-running
confrontations and conflicts. He has advised the UK government on the ‘informatisation’ of intelligence and crisis management, and in fostering innovations including colour LCDs, SMS and internet browsers. He subsequently worked for a defence contractor on command, intelligence and collaboration in strategic and operational risk factors. David is a member of the Collaborative Strategies Network. His work at ISRS covers our braod range of Research & Innovation Challenges but is particularly focused on financial resilience. |
