If you are a student or member of staff at the Institute of Education (IOE) then there is a section of the website dedicated to the IT services available to you.
This morning, problems were reported accessing UCL websites both internally and externally. ISD staff reinstated network access after about an hour but access has been intermittent and fairly slow throughout the day.
Additionally UCL staff were unable to access HR related applications including Myview, and MyFinance was unavailable for several hours.
ISD staff are working to get services running normally again as quickly as possible. MyFinance and Myview are now available but should be considered at risk for at least the rest of today. As soon as we have any updates on service availability we will keep users informed using ISD Service News and our Twitter account.

There is currently an issue with internal UCL managed mailing addresses and mailing lists. This is being investigated at a high priority and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The Wi-Fi Assist feature is automatically enabled on IOS 10. This feature seamlessly provides more reliable Internet connections when the Wi-Fi is weak. However, the feature switches to cellular data network and can result in high data charges.
Security Alert: Mass Email Phishing Campaign - Ransomware and Banking Trojan Alert - 16 September 2016
An alert has been published by the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau and City of London Police, this has been published due to a high number of reports to Action fraud regarding mass phishing attacks.
