Unused credit

Quotas for students will be carried over each term. E.g. if you have 60 sheets free quota left on your userid at the end of the spring term, that will get carried over to the summer term.

Additional quota that the students buy themselves will be carried over until the student leaves UCL, but IS will not make any refunds, so students should not over-purchase.

If a student is away from UCL, while their userid remains active, the credit will remain.

If a userid is suspended and then made active again, any paid for credit will also become re-available.
