Booking a course
We deliver free, academically focused IT training to all students at UCL. You can see what training is available this term and book training from our training calendar.
We publish new dates on the first week of each term and we may also release new dates halfway through the first two terms. We always send an all student email to advertise these and allocate places on a first come first served basis.
Outside of terms, there will be times when no courses are scheduled. Please contact us if during a vacation period there is no course scheduled and we will advise you of your best course of action.
We don't always have dates scheduled for all courses. To see a full list of available courses (trainer-led or self-study) please visit our Training Resources pages.
Please note you will need your UCL userid and Password to make a booking.

Drop in service
We run a Drop In Service for all UCL students.
Documents and training resources
We provide a wide range of training resources to be used in our training courses or for self paced learning. These cover text and video based materials.
ECDL programme (postgraduates only)
Each year we offer a limited number of places on a certified European Computer Driving Licence scheme in conjunction with the Graduate School.
