OWA - open a shared calendar

1. In the calendar view, right-click on Other Calendar at the bottom-left corner and select open calendar.


2. Type in the name of the member you would like to search for and select their name from the list. Then click open.


3. You should now see the additional calendar merged with your current calendar. The colour category at the top of the calendar will tell you which calendar is open and which entry belongs to you or someone else.

Tip! When you open a shared calendar, the new calendar appears under the heading People's Calendars in the Navigation Pane. If you want to view just your calendar, or just another person's calendar, remove the ticks from the relevant boxes.

When viewing another user's calendar you will be viewing in read-only mode, unless you have been given permissions to do edit their agenda.
