If you are using Release 5:
1. In the toolbar, click on the Share button.
2. From the list, choose Share This Calendar...
If you are using Release 4:
1. In the toolbar, click on the Shared button.
2. Choose Share a Calendar, then Calendar.
3. A Sharing Invitation window will appear. Next to the To field, enter the person(s) with whom you want to share your calendar, just as you would when addressing a message.

5. Add any information you want to the body, as you would with a normal email message.
6. Click Send to send your request.
