OWA - Create an All day event
1. In Calendar view, double click anywhere in the column of the day that would like to create an all day event.
2. In the new appointment window, type in an Event Subject for your all day event.
3. Place a tick in the box next to All day event.
This will now block out the whole day you have selected in your Calendar. Other people who view your calendar will see that particular day blocked out with the relevant label, depending on what you have chosen:

4. Click on the Save and Close button.
