Adding a Link to RPS Publications

You may want to add a list of someone’s recent publications on RPS to a webpage.
You will need the person’s UCL userID e.g. ztxpaaa

1. Navigate to the relevant page.
2. Under external source, select Includes: Research Publication Data
3. Click on add external source
4. In Format, ensure it says User(s)
5. Choose your Sort method
6. Tick the box if you'd like to include publications in the Press
7. Put the user's UCL UserID in the relevant box and add more if relevant
8. Click on add external source

NB If you'd like to do this for the Department, choose the relevant Department from the drop-down menu.
