The Chief Editor is the person who has - preferably - been involved with the initial set-up of the site. Once the site has gone live, Editors and Authors can work with the content. It is important that the Chief Editor keeps an overview of the the site's aims, structure, contents and design.
is advisable to have a document at the root of the site explaining what
all Editors/Authors should adhere to, how large images should be and any other
features specific to the site.
How about having a termly meeting to discuss the website, Google Analytics etc.?
