Staff IT Training

Information Systems Training provides a range of services to staff including:

Visit the UCL Training Booking System to book our trainer-delivered courses.

Course dates for the main 2012-2013 programme will be published in October 2012.  SILVA CMS and Outlook 2010 courses will continue over the summer.

Course booking information

UCL employees and postgraduate students can attend free of charge.  However, failure to attend the course without at least 3 working days' notice of cancellation will result in a charge of £50, whatever the reason.  More details..

Book a place Click on the link to visit the UCL Training Booking System where you can view dates and book.  If no dates are available please register your interest to be added to the waiting list and notified of future dates.
Self-paced only Click on the link to find materials that you can work through at your own pace and in your own time.  Many of our trainer-led courses also have materials that you can work through by yourself.  If you would like to learn in a supported environment we also have regular Drop In sessions in the DMS Watson building (Science Library) that you can attend to get help with your learning.
Available limited period These are currently being delivered as trainer-led courses but may not be in the future.
2010 Most of our trainer-led courses in MS Office applications are now for Office 2010.  They are suitable for users of Office 2007 although there are a few differences between the two versions.
