We offer IT-related courses, qualifications and  one-to-one sessions in the following areas.

Face-to-face and online training in using desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver and Silva, email, Reference Manager, SPSS and more. 
We also offer the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) qualification.
The E-Learning Environments Team (ELE) provides support, training and advice for staff wanting to use Learning Technology within their teaching. Training is provided by the Management Systems Training & Support team on UCL Administrative Systems, including online and classroom based courses for student, timetabling, research publications, and radioactive substances systems.

Staff with a disability/workstation issue

Funding

All courses are free to UCL staff although cancellation charges may apply.  Charges are made for the ECDL programme.  Please note that, due to budgetary constraints, we are no longer able to provide any financial assistance for external training courses.
