If you purchase equipment through Information Systems, we will encourage you to purchase our recommended bundles, which include 5 Year On-Site extended warranty cover for PCs and at least 3 years on site cover on printers.  The supplier/manufacturer contact details for equipment still under warranty are below:

If you have purchased Managed equipment through Information Systems and want to check the warranty expiration date/cover etc please email servicedesk@ucl.ac.uk. Remember to include details such as hostname, serial number, IDT number (if known) or estimated date of purchase.

When the Warranty Expires

Maintaining equipment warranty contracts after the initial 3 years (or 5 years for PCs if an extended warranty was purchased) is the responsibility of individual departments.
