If you would like to order equipment for ISD desktop services (WTS or ADS) then you will need to place an order with the ISD Hardware Purchasing team. To do this follow the 3 steps below.

Select the products you wish to order You can do this by either browsing specifications and pricing through our website or by emailing the IT Purchasing team for a quote |

Send us an IDT order We will then liaise with
the supplier and order the equipment on your behalf. Please make sure the IDT includes VAT where applicable. |

Delivery/installation You can check on the progress of deliveries by emailing isd-deliveries@ucl.ac.uk WTS equipment will generally be delivered directly to your department from the supplier. When the equipment arrives please contact Remote Support to schedule installation. ADS
desktop computers and laptops will be delivered to the ADS team in the
first instance for configuration. The ADS team will then contact you to
arrange a convenient delivery and installation time. |
NOTE: Please contact IS Remote Support or ADS support teams if you would like to confirm compatibility of existing legacy corporate Dell/HP/Viglen/Stone equipment.
