We strongly recommend that you purchase On-Site Next Business Day warranties on all equipment and with the following warranty durations, in order to safeguard against faults which usually occur outside of the base warranty period:
- PCs/workstations - 5 years
- Laptops and notebooks - minimum 3 years
- Printers/MFDs - minimum of 3 years
If your hardware does develop a fault, then the following warranty helplines will be of assistance. If your equipment is not covered below, then please contact UCL Procurement services.
