UCL Procurement services


We strongly recommend that you purchase On-Site Next Business Day warranties on all equipment and with the following warranty durations, in order to safeguard against faults which usually occur outside of the base warranty period:

  • PCs/workstations - 5 years
  • Laptops and notebooks - minimum 3 years
  • Printers/MFDs - minimum of 3 years
