Configure and check your UCL email
You can synchronise your hand-held device (mobile phone/PDA) with your UCL email account. Only the following mobile platforms will work with current and future ISD Services:
- Android
- iOS (iPhone Devices)
- Windows Mobile
| Please note that BlackBerry devices are not supported by ISD as they are not compatible with current ISD Services such as live@UCL and UCL Go! Documentation is provided for guidance purposes only. |
NB: Email support for Mobile Phone/PDA devices is given on a best-efforts basis only.
Android Devices
NB: These instructions are for HTC Android devices, however the steps should be similar for other devices running Android 2.1 and above.
- HTC Sense (inc. HTC Desire, Desire HD, Desire Z and Wildfire)
Blackberry Devices
NB: Blackberry devices will not be supported by the ISD Service Desk. Instructions are provided for guidance purposes only.
