You can use this if you are going to be away from UCL and want to automatically inform people who send you email.
You can set set two different vacation messages: one in reply to email from UCL senders and the other in reply to external (non UCL) senders. Thus you could restrict information to external senders about for privacy and security reasons and/or send a more informative message to UCL senders.
If one of the vacation message boxes is left blank, then no message will be sent to that group of senders. For example, you can choose to compose a message for just internal senders or vice versa. If you wish to send the same message to both internal UCL senders or external senders, enter the same message in both boxes.
Note that automatic emails will not be sent in reply to any messages with a spam score of 3 or more, or to any email sent from mailing lists (and certain types of addresses associated with mailing lists).
