Unable to customise the Outlook toolbar in WTS 2010
You may find that when you try to customise the Outlook 2010 toolbar in Staff WTS 2010 that your changes are lost once you log out of the system.
This is a known issue. We will look at fixing this as soon as we can, but unfortunately we do not currently have any time-scales to resolve it.
