OWA - Recovering deleted items

To recover deleted items:

• Right-click the Deleted Items folder in the Navigation Pane.
  

• Click Recover Deleted Items.

• Select the item you want to recover by clicking it in the Recover Deleted Items list.
  

1. Click

   

   to recover the item or

   

   to purge the item.
   

2. If you clicked

   

   select the folder you want to recover the item to and click Recover.
   

Please also note:

• You can also right-click any item in the Recover Deleted Items window to recover it or purge it.

• You can use the search window to search for specific items that have been deleted.

• After you purge an item, you can't recover it using Recover Deleted Items.
