Outlook 2010 - Set your work hours
You can set your work hours so that other users do not book meetings with you outside of your working hours.
It does not stop people from putting entries in your Calendar during your non-working hours, but these are 'greyed out' giving a visual indicator of your working day.
To change your work hours
1. On the Home tab, in the Arrange group, click on the little square arrow in the bottom right hand corner of the group.
2. This will open the Outlook Options window. Select Calendar on the left hand pane.
3. On the right side of the window, under Work hours, select your Start time and End time from the drop down list.
4. Click OK to save your changes.
|Tip! The Outlook Options window can also be accessed from the View tab in the Arrangement group, using the little square arrow.|
