Outlook 2010 - Working with multiple calendars
You can view multiple calendars at the same time, either side-by-side or overlaid into one merged calendar.
Side by side
In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane, place a tick in the box next to the name of the person's calendar you wish to open.
The calendar that you selected opens next to the calendar that already appears.

Overlay Calendars
1. In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane, place a tick in the box next to the name of the person's calendar you wish to open (you can select more than one other calendar if you wish).
The calendar(s) that you selected opens next to calendar that is already displayed.
2. To overlay, you can do one of the following:
A. On the View tab, click on the Overlay button.

All activities will appear colour-coded based on the colour of the Calendar tab. This makes it easier to see free slots in two or more calendars.

|
Tip! To return to side by side view, click on the Overlay button again. |
B. Right-mouse-click on one of the names you have ticked and select Overlay from the list that appears.

|
Tip! If you have five or more calendars open, the Calendar will automatically change to Schedule view. |
