No new mail
It may be that you have run out of quota.
To check your quota on Staff WTS:
Go to Start > Programs > Software O-Z and select Quota Usage. Your quota will then be displayed:
On your own or departmental computer:
If you are using your own computer without access to Staff WTS, us the on-line quota checker to find out how much space you are currently using.
What to do if you have run out/running low on disk space
When you run low on space you need to try and remove files or messages that you no longer require.
You can also request and quota increase online.
