Email & Calendar

There are currently two email services running in parallel. There is a rolling program to move all members of staff to the live@ucl service on a departmental basis.

Live@UCL email and calendar service

Key (Live@UCL) services:

• OWA login (Outlook Web App)
• Out of office
• User guides
• Change your password
• WTS 2010 web access
• Mobile access
• Drop Box (send/receive files): Login; Information

Please note: Until your department receives an invitation to sign up for a live@ucl account, you should continue to use existing Central email (IMAP) services.

Central email (IMAP) services

Key (IMAP) services:

• Out of office
• Mailbox splitting
• Check your IMAP folder size
• Change your password
• Drop Box (send/receive files): Login; Information
