The shared data area regulations should be read by co-ordinators before taking on their role. All Co-ordinators need to be aware that:

Administrative tasks
- Create a new shared data area [computer reps only]
- Add/Remove a user from an S: drive [co-ordinators only]
- Register a replacement Co-ordinator [computer reps only]
