An introduction to Lecturecast
Many of UCLs lecture spaces are now equipped with lecture recording systems, allowing Tutors to set recording of lectures and then make them available via the web.
This course will be useful to tutors who have already booked recordings as well as those want to take advantage of this new facility. The training covers practical aspects of the recording and publishing cycle including how to get your content into Moodle, how to edit it and brief details on regulations surrounding copyright.
The course will also cover how to perform basic editing of the recorded lectures and how to integrate recorded lectures in Moodle.

None.
Delivery:
This is a trainer-led course delivered in a 2 hour session.
Course Fee:
UCL employees - free of charge.
Note that failure to attend the course without at least 3 working days' notice of cancellation will result in your department being charged £50, whatever the reason.
