PDF creation
You may wish to create documents in 'portable document format' (PDF). This format preserves page layout and formatting, and is readable by anyone with the free Adobe Acrobat software. PDF includes options to add
security features such as password protection and disabling
copying/printing. Note that documents which are already large will remain large when converted into PDF format.
You have a number of options for creating PDFs.
- If you are a WTS user and your document in in Microsoft Office format then you can use the NuancePDF tool from the toolbar.
- If you aren't using WTS then you could use PDF995 - simple to use FREE software that converts documents to PDF. Pdf995 can be downloaded from http://www.pdf995.com/download.html
- IF you are a Mac user the there is an option to Print to PDF in the Printing dialogue box.
