ELE Advisory

The E-Learning Advisory is led by Clive Young. They are responsible for supporting and disseminating good practice through school-facing facilitators who work closely with CALT colleagues. This includes running local events and staff development activities. The team also includes a distance learning facilitator.

E-Learning Advisory Team Leader
Clive has worked as a learning technology consultant in several universities, most recently with Imperial College London. He has led several UK and international projects on the pedagogic design of video and was an e-learning project evaluator for the European Commission. Clive is also an associate lecturer at the Open University tutoring on their MA in Online and Distance Education.

Matt has been at UCL for a few years in general e-learning. Now the team are known as E-Learning Environments and have expanded their remit he has taken on a new role as Distance Learning Facilitator.A little more about Matt

Jessica has a background in web development and has been working to support the use of technology in educational institutions since 2004. She works with departments across the university to improve their e-learning provision.

Mira has a broad background in e-learning and academic development, with a particular interest in arts, humanities and social sciences. She has carried out a number of UK e-learning projects and teaches at undergraduate level. While she works particularly with SLASH departments, UCL-wide initiatives include digital literacies, peer learning, open educational resources and learning analytics.
