We work collaboratively with other UCL teams to propose and direct the refurbishments of centrally bookable teaching spaces. We monitor the current quality of the UCL learning and teaching spaces provision and welcome feedback and comments from the UCL community.

Learning Space Guidelines

Below is the current version of the UCL Learning Spaces Guidelines. These guidelines have been produced to help those who are requesting, specifying, designing, supplying, installing, maintaining facilities and environments in UCL’s learning spaces.
The guidelines have been created in consultation with the following groups:

  • Learning and Teaching Spaces (formerly Audio Visual Services)
  • UCL Estates Room Bookings Team

The guidelines have been authored by Paul Burt (p.burt@ucl.ac.uk), Learning Spaces Specialist within E-Learning Environments who would welcome comments and feedback on their content.
