The Audiovisual Centre exists to support the AV facilities in UCL's centrally-bookable teaching spaces - its lecture theatres and seminar rooms.
Opening hours for technical support:
08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday
08.30 to 16.00 Friday
Technical staff are normally on site checking teaching spaces from 08.15. During term time, we provide technical cover until 20.00 Monday to Thursday. The technician providing this extended cover may be contacted on extension 46677 after 17.00 hrs. Due to Health and Safety reasons it is not possible to visit the centre after 17.00. After this time you may only contact us via the contact phone number.
Important Notice
Due to the increasing demand for digital technology and the fact that it is becoming increasingly difficult to source and maintain the old technologies. The Audio Visual Centre will be phasing out OHP, 35mm Slide projectors, VHS and Audio Cassettes. We will be very happy to advise and instruct anyone from the UCL Community on the use and application of the replacement technologies.
